The office has been positively buzzing today about the gala. This might be the first time ever we've see such a merger of the high class and the common folk. I definitely think this will be the social event of the season, if for no other reason than Draco Malfoy has an exceptional home. Though if you want a nice carriage, I suggest reserving one now. My sources at the Department of Magical Transportation say they are going faster than ice cream in July.

I have two tickets to see the Weird Sisters this weekend. Anyone want to go with me?

It seems the mail room is woefully behind on our owl post at Witch Weekly, so I now have a stack of press releases and invitations to dig through today. I am planning on venturing to the opening of that new art exhibit, and possibly the fundraiser for St Mungo's on Saturday Though it's impossibly low rent. Not even a good caterer.
